Welcome to NOTSAD. We’re glad you’re here. Below is our store policy, designed to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification when it’s on the way.

2. Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

  • Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email.

  • NOTSAD is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Must be in original packaging with tags attached.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or defective.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.

4. Order Issues

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or missing item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at notsadthebrand@gmail.com. We’ll make it right.

5. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, email us as soon as possible. We can only make changes if your order has not yet shipped.

6. Sizing & Fit

We provide detailed size charts for each item. Please check measurements before ordering. If you have questions about fit, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
